Worlds End
Worlds End
Worlds End is a 107 acre working produce and flower farm located in Esperance, upstate New York. As the base for Saipua, a floristry and soap-making studio, the farm welcomes florists, artists, writers, gardeners every year as part of its summer residency program. I was invited to spend a week in this magical place, cooking and feeding the residents. Each day was spent harvesting vegetables and herbs, collecting eggs from the chicken coop, assisting Meg with farm duties and baking sourdough bread with Zoe. Meals were planned around whatever was plentiful and ripe that day.
